They keep losing my payments and keep saying that I missed a payment, even after I have shown them that they have cashed every check my bank has sent to them. They are threatening to up my mortgage rate and have said that I had sent a wierd payment to pay on the principle. I have not sent any payments, except that of which my bank automatically sends them every month. They have been harassing me for months now trying to collect an extra 3000 dollars on my mortgage because of "missed payments." No payments have ever been missed. If I get one more call, I am going to investigate as to what is going on with these people.

Pros and Cons of Planet Home Lending
I'd call it a scam if it weren't simply poor customer service and an abysmal user experience. I've been trying to get Planet Home Lending to open an escrow investigation since July 2022. I've been calling in monthly and providing documentation. I was continually told an investigation would be opened once all necessary documentation was received. It's been over five months now with no progress, and they have no valid excuses.
